Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

We aim to make our purchasing and project processes clear and fair. This policy applies to services, consultations, digital products, templates, courses and other purchases made from TRiiBE Creative, subject to the Australian Consumer Law.

Custom Services and Project Work

  • Deposits and initial payments may be required to reserve project capacity and begin planning or production.

  • If you cancel after work has commenced, amounts already paid may be applied to work completed, administration, planning and approved third-party costs already incurred.

  • Where a project has not yet commenced, any refund or credit will depend on the circumstances, the agreed proposal or contract, and costs already incurred.

  • Where TRiiBE Creative cancels an engagement and cannot provide the agreed service, any unused prepaid amount will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

  •

Consultations, Strategy Sessions and Appointments

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is requested to reschedule a booked session unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late cancellations, missed appointments or substantial lateness may result in the session being forfeited or charged in full where this was disclosed at the time of booking.

  • Where exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible and we will consider reasonable alternatives.

Digital Products, Templates and Courses

Because digital products are supplied electronically and access may be immediate, TRiiBE Creative does not generally provide change-of-mind refunds once a file has been downloaded, a template has been accessed, or course/member access has been provided.

This does not remove any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service has a major or minor problem, is materially different from what was described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee that applies to your purchase, we will provide the remedy required by law.

Change of Mind

Unless we expressly offer a change-of-mind guarantee for a particular product or service, a refund is not automatically available simply because you change your mind, no longer need the item, or find an alternative elsewhere.

How to Request a Remedy

Contact TRiiBE Creative using the contact details on our website and include your name, order or invoice details, a description of the issue, and any supporting information that may help us assess the request.

Digital Product, Template & Course Licence

Unless a product page states otherwise, TRiiBE Creative digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s own business or personal use. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of TRiiBE Creative’s underlying intellectual property.

You May

  • Use purchased templates, resources and workbooks within your own business.

  • Edit and customise templates for your own brand or internal business use where the product is designed to be editable.

  • Allow your employees or contractors to work with the resource solely for your business where reasonably required.

  • Create finished business materials from a template where that is the intended purpose of the product.

You May Not

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or give away the original files, templates, course content or resources.

  • Upload purchased materials to public template libraries, membership platforms or shared drives for use by unrelated businesses.

  • Use TRiiBE Creative materials to create a competing template, course, guide, resource library or digital product for resale.

  • Remove copyright or ownership notices where they are included in the original material.

  • Claim the underlying template, methodology, framework or teaching content as your own original intellectual property.

If you require an extended, multi-business, agency, client-use or resale licence, please contact TRiiBE Creative before using the material in that way.

Website, Educational Content & General Disclaimer

Information on the TRiiBE Creative website, blog, social media channels, downloadable resources, templates, courses, guides, AI-related content and educational materials is provided for general information and educational purposes.

  • It is not intended to replace legal, accounting, financial, tax, medical, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice.

  • Business, marketing, website, SEO, automation and AI outcomes vary. We do not guarantee a particular level of revenue, traffic, ranking, leads, sales or business performance.

  • Examples, frameworks, recommendations and case studies should be considered in the context of your own business, audience, industry and circumstances.

  • You are responsible for checking factual, regulatory and industry-specific information before relying on it in your business.

  • Technology, platforms, software, AI tools, pricing, features and third-party services can change after content is published.

To the extent permitted by law, TRiiBE Creative is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general information published on this website where professional or business-specific advice would reasonably have been appropriate. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Email, SMS & Marketing Communications

TRiiBE Creative may send marketing communications where we have appropriate consent or another lawful basis to do so. This may include newsletters, educational content, resource updates, offers, event information, product launches and relevant service information.

  • Where practical, we prefer clear express consent, such as a person actively subscribing, ticking an opt-in box or otherwise asking to receive marketing.

  • Marketing messages will identify TRiiBE Creative as the sender and include appropriate contact details.

  • Commercial email and SMS messages will include a clear and reasonably accessible way to unsubscribe or opt out.

  • Unsubscribe requests will generally be actioned within 5 working days, as required by Australia’s spam rules.

  • Where consent is collected through a form, free resource, event or checkout, the wording should clearly explain what the person is agreeing to receive.

Downloading a free resource or purchasing a product should not be treated as unlimited permission to send unrelated marketing. Where marketing consent is requested separately, you can choose whether to opt in

Accessibility Statement

TRiiBE Creative aims to provide a website and digital experience that is usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disability.

  • We aim to use clear content structure, readable typography, appropriate colour contrast and meaningful navigation.

  • We aim to provide alternative text for meaningful images and to avoid relying on colour alone to communicate essential information.

  • We aim to design forms, buttons and interactive elements so they are understandable and practical to use.

  • We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing process and that some third-party platforms, embedded tools or legacy content may have limitations outside our direct control.

If you experience difficulty accessing information or using part of our website, please contact us. Where reasonably possible, we will work with you to provide the information or service in an alternative accessible format.

Affiliate Links & Third-Party Recommendations

TRiiBE Creative may occasionally recommend third-party software, platforms, tools, products or services. Some links may be affiliate or referral links, which means TRiiBE Creative may receive a commission, credit or other benefit if you purchase through the link.

  • Where reasonably practical, affiliate or sponsored relationships will be disclosed.

  • A recommendation does not guarantee that a third-party product or service is suitable for every business.

  • You are responsible for reviewing the third party’s pricing, terms, privacy practices, features and suitability before purchasing.

  • Third-party businesses are independent of TRiiBE Creative and we are not responsible for their products, services, outages, price changes or business practices.

Testimonials, Portfolio Work & Results

Testimonials, portfolio examples, case studies, before-and-after examples and client results may be used to demonstrate previous work and client experiences.

  • Individual results are not a guarantee that another client will achieve the same outcome.

  • Results may depend on the client’s industry, market, offer, budget, implementation, audience, timing and other factors outside TRiiBE Creative’s control.

  • Where figures or performance outcomes are stated, we aim to present them accurately and with appropriate context.

  • Client work will only be displayed where TRiiBE Creative has the right to do so under the relevant agreement or where permission has otherwise been obtained.

Website Content & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, brand assets, frameworks, templates, downloads, website design elements and original educational content published by TRiiBE Creative are owned by or licensed to TRiiBE Creative.

  • You may view, print or save website content for your own reasonable personal or internal business reference.

  • You may not copy substantial portions of our website, reproduce our resources for resale, remove attribution, or republish our original materials as your own.

  • Any third-party logos, trademarks, software or assets remain the property of their respective owners.

Complaints & Policy Questions

If you have a concern about a purchase, digital product, accessibility issue, marketing communication or another matter covered by these policies, please contact TRiiBE Creative using the contact details published on our website.

We will aim to review concerns fairly and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Where the matter involves rights under Australian law, nothing in these policies prevents you from exercising any rights or remedies available to you.

Relationship With Our Other Legal Documents

These Website Policies should be read together with TRiiBE Creative’s Terms of Service and Privacy, Data & Cookie Policy. If a signed proposal, contract or project-specific agreement contains terms that differ from this general Policies page, the project-specific agreement may apply to that engagement to the extent permitted by law.

Retainers, Care Plans, Memberships & Recurring Services

Where TRiiBE Creative offers a retainer, care plan, membership, ongoing support arrangement or other recurring service, the specific inclusions, billing frequency, minimum commitment (if any) and cancellation terms will be stated at the time of purchase or in the relevant agreement.

  • Recurring fees may be charged automatically where you have authorised recurring payment.

  • Unless otherwise stated, recurring services continue for the agreed period or until cancelled in accordance with the applicable package or agreement.

  • Cancellation stops future service and billing from the effective cancellation date. Fees already earned for services supplied before cancellation remain payable.

  • Unused inclusions, hours or monthly allocations do not automatically roll over unless the relevant package expressly says they do.

  • TRiiBE Creative may reasonably change the scope or pricing of a future renewal period by giving advance notice. Material changes will not be applied retrospectively to services already paid for.

  • If an automatic payment fails, access or ongoing work may be paused until payment is brought up to date.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Promotions, Discount Codes & Special Offers

From time to time, TRiiBE Creative may offer promotional pricing, launch offers, coupon codes, bundles, bonuses or limited-time inclusions.

  • Promotions are valid only for the period and products or services stated.

  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined with other discounts, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

  • A promotion may have quantity limits, eligibility requirements or other conditions that are disclosed with the offer.

  • If a promotional code is used contrary to its stated conditions or through an obvious technical or pricing error, TRiiBE Creative may correct the transaction to the extent permitted by law.

  • Promotional pricing does not reduce or remove any consumer rights that apply to the purchase.

Member Accounts, Client Portals & Digital Access

Some TRiiBE Creative products and services may be delivered through a member area, client portal, course platform or other password-protected digital environment.

  • You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity occurring through your account, except where access results from a security issue for which TRiiBE Creative is responsible.

  • Login credentials must not be shared with unauthorised users unless the relevant product licence or service expressly allows team access.

  • Access may be suspended where an account is being misused, shared contrary to licence terms, used unlawfully or presents a security risk.

  • Where access is described as lifetime access, this means access for the commercially reasonable life of that product or platform rather than a guarantee that a particular third-party platform will operate forever.

  • If a product or platform is materially changed or discontinued, TRiiBE Creative will take reasonable steps to provide notice or an alternative method of accessing purchased material where appropriate.

Workshops, Webinars, Group Programs & Training

Where TRiiBE Creative provides workshops, webinars, group training, coaching-style sessions or live educational programs, the event-specific inclusions and attendance conditions will be stated at registration.

  • Places may be limited and payment may be required in advance.

  • If you cannot attend, transfer, credit, recording access or rescheduling options will depend on the particular program and will be communicated with the offer.

  • Recordings may be provided where stated, but access periods can vary between programs.

  • Participants must not record, reproduce, distribute or resell program content unless written permission is provided.

  • TRiiBE Creative may remove a participant whose behaviour is unlawful, abusive, disruptive or materially interferes with the experience of others.

Social Media, Advertising & Campaign Services

Where TRiiBE Creative provides social media management, advertising, campaign support or content publishing services, the client remains responsible for the underlying accuracy and legality of claims, offers, prices, promotions and business information supplied for publication.

  • Advertising spend, platform charges, media budgets, influencer costs and other third-party campaign expenses are separate from TRiiBE Creative service fees unless expressly included.

  • Advertising and social platforms may reject, restrict, suspend or modify campaigns and accounts under their own policies. TRiiBE Creative cannot guarantee approval or uninterrupted platform access.

  • Performance can be influenced by audience, budget, market conditions, platform algorithms, offer quality, competition and other factors outside our control. Specific reach, lead, sales or return-on-ad-spend outcomes are not guaranteed.

  • Clients should review and approve regulated or industry-specific claims before publication where specialised legal or regulatory review is appropriate.

Website Care, Maintenance & Technical Support

Where a website care plan, maintenance package or ongoing technical support service is purchased, support is limited to the inclusions of that package.

  • Minor updates, maintenance or support allocations are not equivalent to unlimited redesign or development work.

  • Major redesigns, new pages, advanced functionality, migrations, new integrations or substantial content changes may require a separate quote.

  • Support response times are targets rather than guaranteed resolution times unless a service-level commitment is expressly agreed.

  • TRiiBE Creative may need access to third-party accounts or assistance from the relevant platform provider to diagnose technical issues.

  • Issues caused by third-party outages, unsupported code, client changes or software outside the agreed support scope may be quoted separately.

File Storage, Archiving & Retrieval

TRiiBE Creative may retain project files for a reasonable period after completion for operational, portfolio, record-keeping or support purposes, but does not provide permanent archival storage unless expressly agreed.

  • Clients should download and securely retain all final deliverables, login information and files supplied at handover.

  • Working files, drafts, unused concepts and editable/source files are not automatically included unless specified in the project scope.

  • After a reasonable archival period, TRiiBE Creative may delete old working files or backups.

  • If archived files remain available and substantial time is required to locate, restore, repackage or resend them, an administration or retrieval fee may apply where agreed in advance.

Reviews, Comments & User-Submitted Content

Where the TRiiBE Creative website, social channels, community areas or platforms allow reviews, comments, testimonials, questions or other user-submitted content, users must not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, infringing or malicious material.

  • TRiiBE Creative may moderate, hide or remove content that breaches these standards, platform rules or applicable law.

  • Submitting a review or testimonial does not give TRiiBE Creative ownership of your underlying personal information, but you may grant permission for the submitted content to be displayed or republished where this is clear from the context or separately agreed.

  • Reviews and testimonials will not knowingly be altered in a way that materially misrepresents the reviewer’s experience.

Physical Products, Printed Materials & Shipping (Where Offered

If TRiiBE Creative sells physical merchandise, printed products or other shipped goods in the future, the following principles will apply unless a product-specific policy states otherwise.

  • Estimated production and delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by printers, couriers, suppliers and other circumstances outside our control.

  • Shipping charges and available delivery locations will be shown at checkout where applicable.

  • Risk of loss and delivery issues will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law and the relevant carrier arrangements.

  • Change-of-mind returns, where offered, may be subject to product-specific conditions. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods.

  • Customised or personalised goods generally cannot be returned solely for change of mind unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Gift Cards, Credits & Vouchers (Where Offered)

If TRiiBE Creative offers gift cards, account credits or vouchers, any expiry date, eligible products, transfer conditions and redemption instructions will be disclosed when they are issued.

  • Gift cards and credits are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

  • Lost or incorrectly supplied voucher details should be reported promptly.

  • Promotional credits may have different conditions from paid gift cards where those conditions are clearly disclosed.

Policy Updates

TRiiBE Creative may update these Website Policies from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, platforms, processes or legal obligations.

The version published on the website applies from its stated effective date. Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
